Return Process

  Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unused and includes the printed return form inside the box.

  Ship to PLAY S.r.l.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
