Rotating hand stand block with one direction ball bearing. Light metal socket designed to fit our 18 mm diameter posts. High precision CNC machined. The hand blocks are made of solid beech wood and provide a solid gripping surface for your hands. The solid beech blocks measure 13 cm x 10 cm x 2,7 cm in thickness in the Rectangular version and 125 mm in diameter x 30 mm in thickness in the Round version. The bearing rotates in one direction, make sure to specify your choice. The rotative canes are available in 2 standard lengths (55cm and 75 cm) The bearing/flange cannot be removed from the cane. You can unscrew the flange from the block to change blocks.
